Paper Orders: If you prefer to order using the paper form, please enclose exact cash, a check, or money order payable to Lifetouch. Send the completed form back with your student on Picture Day. (Photographers cannot make changes!)

No Purchase Required for Photos: Every student photographed will receive a FREE Digital SmileSafe™ Card, which can be downloaded at mylifetouch.com under Add-Ons & Gifts.
Delivery: Once processed, order packages will be sent home directly with your student.
