The Off Season

The Esports teams ended with the score of 5-2 for Mario Kart and 4-3 for Valorant. Now that the Fall Season of Esports has ended they will be using the season of winter to hone their skills for the next upcoming season in January. They will also be using the month of December for tryouts for Fortnite, Overwatch and Super Smash Brothers. The next season will start in January and end in February. When asked about his thoughts, Mr. Tidball said, “Esports helps us give students another avenue of competition while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. The students who participate would otherwise not be involved in school functions, so it helps them see themselves as members of the larger school community."
