No Pain, No Gain

The Lady Tigers kicked off the new season by hosting the annual Cat Classic Tournament. The first game took place on November 13, where they unfortunately had a tough loss against East-Alton. Their second game was against Metro-East, and in the first quarter, Dupo scored an impressive 20 points. Despite Metro-East's attempt to make a comeback in the second half, Dupo held on and secured a victory with a final score of 39-36. Sophomore Addison Mitchell contributed 16 points, while Freshman Keara Prater grabbed an impressive 17 rebounds. Congratulations to all the Lady Tigers! Don't forget to mark your calendars for their next home game on December 11 against Sparta.
