Playoff Football: Get ready to cheer on our Tigers this Saturday! We are excited to announce that we are hosting the IHSA Football Playoff Game this weekend! Since this is an IHSA playoff event, all spectators, including students, are required to purchase a ticket and follow all IHSA rules. Tickets cost $8 per person. Please bring exact change to help speed up the lines! Gates will open at 11:45 am. Kickoff is at 1:00pm! Come out and support our team as they take on Salt Fork! We'll see you there!

High School Cross Country: Congratulations to Tania Rivas, McCulloch Miller, & Keith West for placing as a Top 5 individual at the Regional Cross Country meet last Saturday. All three qualified for the Sectional meet which will be held on November 1st at Wesclin High School.
High School Student Council : The Fall Blood Drive will be on November 7th from 10:15 to 2:00. Please sign up to donate blood by scanning the QR code on posters.
Scholar Bowl : Any high school student that missed the Scholar Bowl meeting, stop by and see Coach Mendoza in room 153 in the junior high for information on joining the team.
Esports: The winter season is coming up, and Esports is looking for players. If you like Apex Legends or Minecraft Bedwars, make sure to speak with Mr. Tidball in room 118. Also, if you’re interested in Madden, NBA2K, Valorant, Rocket League, or Overwatch 2, check with Mr. Tidball to see if you can play in January.
HS Girls Basketball : Anyone interested in playing this year, practice will start Monday Nov 3 at 3 pm in the big gym. Any questions, please ask Coach Carpenter!
JH Students: Want to send a fun, festive message to your friends for Halloween? BooGrams are the perfect way to share some Halloween cheer! BooGrams will be on sale until October 29th during 7th hour guided advisory and the cost is 50 cents each. BooGrams will be delivered on Halloween.
HS Bowling : Boys Bowling Tryouts will be October 29th and October 30th after school at West Park Bowl in Columbia, IL. If you need transportation we will take the activity bus located in the student parking lot. Please be at the bus by 3:05PM. If you cannot make it to the tryouts please see Mr. Griffin about make-up dates. Thank you!
HS Bowling Fundraiser: We will be selling Root beer floats and other flavors during Junior High & High School lunches, they are $3.00 don’t forget to stop by our table.
JH Student Council: Our next Student Council meeting is TODAY, Wednesday, October 29th, in Mrs. Lenz’s room during Guided Advisory. We will be assembling Boo Grams at our meeting.
JH Student Students: Student Council will be selling soda and snacks during your Halloween celebration Friday. All items will be $1.
Junior High: CONGRATS to all the 7th and 8th graders that did a GREAT job in their core classes this quarter and had at least a B average to make the 3 point Club for first quarter. Also, to the JH students that had an A average to make the Crown Club for first quarter.
