In honor of World Kindness Day, the Art, Business, and Spanish departments came together for a special interdisciplinary celebration that reminded everyone that kindness connects all subjects, cultures, and people.
Students in each class participated in interactive, kindness-themed activities designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, and positivity. In Art class, students created colorful posters and visual displays that shared uplifting messages and images of compassion. Business students in School Orientation wrote positive quotes and messages, then placed sticky notes on lockers and around the building to brighten everyone’s day. In Keyboarding class, students reflected on why World Kindness Day is important and typed thoughtful responses about how small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Meanwhile, Spanish students explored how kindness is expressed in Spanish-speaking cultures by learning new phrases and sharing on signage.
It was a day filled with smiles, collaboration, and community spirit — a wonderful reminder that kindness truly connects us all.
