Students in Mrs. Dougherty and Mr. Grapperhaus' classes they were tasked with choosing an ecosystem and creating a diorama to show the plants and animals in that ecosystem. They chose a forest, the dessert, freshwater, tundra, rainforest, ocean, and the smoky mountains. They will present them tomorrow to explain their choices of how to showcase their ecosystem to get the point across. They did an amazing job!

A long awaited update on The Great Flower Fest. The green team's are growing and growing. Their average height is 3.375 inches. The blue team's planter had a small incident where the wind blew it down. But after replanting theirs are back growing too with an average height of 1.55 inches. We moved our location to hopefully not have this happen again. The first annual Great Flower Fest is underway. More plants will be planted next week!
