It's time for the annual 5 Essentials Parent Survey! It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete this survey, once for each school that your child attends. This means that some of you may take the survey up to 3 times.
Tip: When you are asked for the county, spell-out "Saint Clair" and don't use abbreviations.
We promise to read all anonymous feedback, so please participate in the survey. This is very important for our district and to benefit the most from our state report card, we need at least 20% parent participation at each school.
Please complete as soon as possible. We hope to reach our participation goal by Monday, January 31st.
